- Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Contract to Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS)/State Regulatory Registry LLC (SRR), 1155 Connecticut Ave, Washington, DC, 20036 for enhancement of their existing National Mortgage Licensing System. In accordance with FAR 6.302-5(A)(2, states that "Full and open competition need not be provided for when (i) a statue expressly authorize or requires that the acquisition be made through another agency or from a specific source". The S.A.F.E. Act specifically expresses the intent to increase uniformity, reduce regulatory burden, enhance consumer protection, and reduce fraud by the utilization of the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLSR). This is not a request for proposal and other sources will not be sought for this requirement.
