- From ATC, justification why they have to use Systems Atlanta for this requirment. The New Hampshire Air National Guard, under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for FAR Part 13, intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to Systems Atlanta for the following requirement: Line Item 001 QTY=1 EA: IDS5 DIGITAL ATIS PACKAGE (FOR EXISTING IDSS H/W), including installation, integration and training. The determination to award sole source is based on FAR 6.302-1(a)(2b). The attached sole source justification demonstrates the proprietary nature of the above items. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. The government will consider all quotes received within 3 business days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing to MSgt Scott Ballweg via the contact information below. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted. Responses to the notice must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of the electronic posting. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
