- This Opportunity is Being Procured Through a Justification for Other than Full and Open competition. In accordance with 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302(1) statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition, when only one source is available. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to contract directly with the proposed contractor, Millipore Corporation for Anti-Influenza A, Nucleoprotein, Clone A1, Qty 200, Anti Influenza A, Nucleoprotein, Clone A3, Qty 200.
