- RECOVERY National Broadband Plan "RECOVERY National Broadband Plan (Broadband Plan)" This serves as notification of a modification to the existing FCC Contract No. PUR07000217, entitled "Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Information Systems Support Services". This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). The contractor shall provide non-personal services that will support the activities required to develop the Broadband Plan: The contractor will develop, support, and maintain the broadband.gov website which will support various Broadband Plan activities. The contractor shall provide a mapping interface to be used for spectrum licensing purposes, developing data housing including data aggregation and reporting and analysis. The components of developing a Broadband Plan include development or purchase of the following: • Broadband Deployment Cost Model • Broadband Spectrum Inventory • Broadband Consumer Survey • Wireless Commercial Data Sets • International Comparisons • Coordination with Stakeholders • IT Upgrades to support initiatives To accomplish the Broadband Plan support the contractor shall provide up to 11 full-time contractor positions from date of modification through January 28, 2010. This modification will be funded with funds from the Recovery Act and the contractor and their first-tier subcontractors will be subject to the requirements of that statute. Performance scoring and metrics are to be included in all hourly, daily, and weekly status reports submitted by Contractor. The government's cost estimate for this modification has an estimated price of $2,500,000.00. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.
