- THIS AWARD NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE MEDICAL REPAIR/RENEWAL (MRR) PROGRAM. The project is to renew the Nutrition Care Directorate (NCD) at Evans Army Community Hospital, Building 7500, Fort Carson, Colorado. It is intended for this facility to be reconfigured as provided in the Government Furnished Work Plan. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to safely complete the repair and renewal activities in accordance with the provisions of the Division 1 Specifications of the basic contract. The work is intended to improve the environment of care, provide compliance with regulations/standards, and meet the safety requirements of current health standards. In accordance with Section 803 Evaluation Requirements, the evaluation consensus board (using the evaluation criteria identified in the RFP) determined John J. Kirlin Special Projects, LLC as the best value contractor to perform the services.
