- The 96 Contracting Squadron, 96 CONS/PKBC at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to AGFA Corporation, Ridgefield Park NJ, for the purchase of Circles of Care Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) on existing ADC and IMPAX Equipment at 96 MDG, Eglin AFB FL. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811219 with a small business size standard of $7,000,000. Place of contract performance is Eglin AFB, Florida 32542. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication.
