- Recovery Action: Duns 805948051. Modification adds funds for Project #20454 for continued enhancement and acceleration of FEMP Service Functions to the Federal Government and Project #20440 SEP/WIP ARRA 2009 Integration projects. The work funded by this modification is within the scope of the existing M&O contract which was awarded to Alliance for Sustainable Energy, LLC., after full and open competition. The contract and this modification were awarded on a cost reimbursable basis as the uncertainties involved in performance do not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed price method.
