- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91238-09-D-0019-00OA. Program Title on Recovery Data Base: Data Base Program Title: Project Number 012130; Napa River, CA; Preliminary Design for Oxbow Pump Station. Contract Award Title: Dry Bypass and Oxbow Model Update, Napa River/Napa Creek, CA This task order is to an existing contract for the current contractor to complete the design of Oxbow Bypass so construction can occur. The A-E shall perform additional and more of a detailed hydraulic model review.
