- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN ABERDEEN, MD STAR #: 9MD2111 The United States Government seeks to lease office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 2,000 rentable square feet in Aberdeen, Maryland. The space should yield 1,800 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Carrs Mill Road to Moores Mill Road to Churchville Road to Route 22 to Route 156 Aldino South: Route 40 Pulaski Highway East: Route 155 West: Route 152 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
