This requirement is sole sourced to Tektronix, PO Box 500, Beaverton, OR 97077, as these required parts must go on the base machines, which are a RSA6114A - Real Time Spectrum Analyzer and an AWG7122B - Arbitrary Waveform Generator. The base machines are being purchased on GSA contract GS-24F-0819A. Any firms believing that they can provide the products, as a whole unit, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
