- Description
- The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is seeking sources for an aircraft hangar and flight preparation leased space in Plattsburgh, NY Information on existing or future facilities that meet or exceed the following space requirements in a 20 mile radius of downtown Plattsburg, NY is requested. Requirements include: 55,768 SF of maintenance hanger and administrative space consisting of a minimum 25,000 SF hangar floor, 12,564 SF of admin space and 18,204 SF of hangar support space; 40,000 SF of adjoining apron; and 28,500 SF of adjoining parking. Space must have direct access too a fully operational 4,500 foot long minimum, hard surfaced/lighted runway with instrument approach. Available services must include 24 hour emergency fire and crash response, air traffic control for takeoff’s and landings, 24 hour security, and limited/controlled access to the premises, including the aircraft ramp area. All responsible sources are requested to submit information in writing, to the address listed below, no later than October 9th, 2009.
