A firm fixed-price Requirements type contract is contemplated with one basic year and 3 (three) one year options for remanufacture of F110 Distributors. Item 0001: NOUN: Remanufacture F110 Distributors Input/Output NSN 2915-01-190-9266PR, P/N: 5054M61G05. BEQ as follows: 1900 EA Basic Year; 1900 EA OPT I; 1900 EA OPT II; 1900 EA OPT III. Item 0002: NOUN: Remanufacture F110 Distributors. Input/Output NSN 2995-01-310-2142PR, P/N: 5054M61G08. BEQ as follows: 100 EA Basic Year; 100 EA OPT I; 100 EA OPT II; 100 EA OPT III. Item 0003: NOUN: CAVAF Reporting IAW CDRL A002 Basic Year and All Option Years. Item 0004: NOUN: Depot Maintenance Production Reporting IAW CDRL A001 Basic Year and All Option Years. Delivery: Item 0001: 159 EA per month 30 days ARO and receipt of reparable assets for Basic Year and all Option Years. Item 0002: 9 EA per month 30 days ARO and receipt of reparable assets for Basic Year and all Option Years.Applicable to: F110 Engine, F-16 Aircraft. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-3032. Description: The engine fuel distributors are approximately 6 inches long by 2.5 inches wide by 1.5 inches high. The fan/core distributor consists of a forged 6061-T6 Aluminum housing which contains two metering valves. Each distributor has two flanges which provide a mounting surface and sealing surface for two spray bars. Each flange contains one fan outlet fuel port and one core outlet fuel port for a total of four fuel ports. The valves also contain one core and one fan inlet port which connect to the fuel manifolds. The fan/core distributor receives fuel from the augmenter fuel control. Two cartridge valves inside the distributor are designed to meter the flow of fuel delivered to afterburner spray bars mounted at the end of the distributor valves.Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. Qualification requirements are available for this acquisition. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001 and 0002. The approximate solicitation issue date is 24 SEP 2009 and the estimated solicitation response date will be 23 OCT 2009. The anticipated award date will be 08 DEC 2009. RMC: R2C. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty five-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
