- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation--FA4877-09-Q-0747-- is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36 Defense Circular Number 20090825 Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0803 This procurement is being issued as a Total Small Business set aside under: NAICS code 423430. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, transportation, supervision, materials, equipment, and management to provide the following: 1. 1 EA- Tandberg 6000 system Must work with owner provided LAN equipment 2. 2 EA- 70" LCD Touch Active Display / 3 Yr warranty, Tilt Wall mount, support structure, distribution amplifyer. Must work with owner provided video equipment(Satellite receiver, DVD player, etc.) 3. 1 EA- Table top touch control panel Must work with owner provided control equipment (central control processor, desktop touch panel) 4. 1 EA- Equipment Rack 5. 1 EA- Installation 6. 8 EA- JBL 6.5" Ceiling Speakers 7. 1 EA- 3 year warranty / support **OR EQUAL ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ON ALL LINE ITEMS** Shipping (included in cost) will be: 12 AF BLDG 12 Davis-Monthan AFB AZ 85707 The following provions apply: 52.219-6-Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, 52.212-1--Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. All personnel planning on attending and driving on the installation will need a valid state driver's license, current proof of vehicle insurance and registration.
