- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. In compliance with this Act the Government posts this notice that an 8(a) Sole Source Negotiated IDIQ contract was awarded to Mercom Incorporated, 235 Commerce Dr Ste 303 Pawleys Island Sc 29585 with a ceiling of $3,500,000.. One or more task orders issued under this IDIQ may be funded by the Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.This award is made per authority granted by FAR Part 06.302-5(a)(2)(b)(4) and FAR Part 19.811-1. Summary of Project Scope: This is a time and material indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract for network infrastructure support at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. A labor hour type contract was chosen because it is the best fit for this requirement as the extent and the duration of all potential tasks is not known at this time nor will the effort be easily definable.
