- NSN: 3110-01-345-3803, SPM4A5-09-R-1158, PR 0022191633, Bearing, Roller, Self-Aligning. Approved sources are Axletech International, Inc. (CAGE: 3D6E9), P/N: SA75600526, Oshkosh Corporation, (CAGE: 45152), P/N: 2GA382, and Meritor Heavy Vehicle Systems, LLC. (CAGE: 78500), P/N: E75600526. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The foreign bearing restriction (DFARS 225.7009 and DFARS 252.225.7016) has been waived for this NSN in accordance with procedures at DFARS 225.7009-4 due to the lack of availability of domestic sourcing. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as an unrestricted procurement. This is a RFP/solicitation for a proposed large firm fixed price contract for quantity 3500 each. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance origin. Requested delivery is 85 days ARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.5. Stock delivery location is Defense Distribution Depot Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA. The RFP / Solicitation may be available on or about October 5, 2009 and close on or about November 5, 2009. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP/solicitation and determined to be the best value for the Government.
