- The US Army Medical Command, Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO), Tripler AMC, Hawaii, intends to issue a sole source award to GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, Inc, 9900 Innovation Dr, Wauwatosa, WI 53226-4856 to provide the following supply(s): (1) Qty: One (1) Prodigy Calibration Tool Kit, Manufacturer: GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, Inc, CHARACTERISTICS: SYSTEM: PA+301941, TOOL KIT IS FOR THE GE LUNAR PRODIGY BONE DENSITOMETER, INCLUDES LABOR AND TRAVEL (IF APPLICABLE), OPERATOR AND SERVICE MANUALS (IF APPLICABLE); (2) Shipping Charge direct to: Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii 96859-5000 (if applicable). This brand name item is required specifically requested for calibration of the GE Lunar Prodigy bone densitometer and is requested as sole source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated brand name item(s) above is invited to submit a written notification to PRCO within two (2) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firms ability to provide the stated brand name software. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist. Ms. Annette Pickering at annette.pickering@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, PRCO will proceed with the sole source purchase order.
