- This is a Sole Source Synopsis for Video Teleconference (VTC)Maintenance Renewal Support. This is a Notice of a Proposed Contract Action for a non-competitive follow-on acquisition for Maintenance Renewal for Video Teleconference (VTC), audio teleconference, and associated conference room equipment which includes all changes, additions or deletions to the VTC control system software for 554 ELSW located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH for twenty four (24) conference rooms. This action is being accomplished non-competitively based on 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 because the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source, Sensory Technologies, Inc.
