- The Wimington Veterans Administration Medical Center intends to purchase on a sole source bases a Eyesi System from VR Magic to simulate the various steps and scenarios involved in cataract surgery. Any interested vendors who believe that they can offer a similar piece of equipment that provides equivalent functionality should submit information on their product to the Contracting Officer, Toni Wilson before September 24, 2009.
