- Performance Work Statement Combo Sybnopsis for Lock Replacement This is a 100% Woman Owned Small Business Set-A-Side Furnish all parts, labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to fulfill the following requirements. Install 26 stand-alone, proximity + cipher keypad capable door locks on 24 doors in Bldg 204 and 2 doors in Bldg 201. (See par. 9 in this PWS for lock type.) In both buildings there is a total of three interior and one exterior door being replace (TBD), and re-key three garage doors in Bldg 201. Provide 500 pre-printed HID cards, software, and user manuals for project. The contractor will provide all configurations, set-up, and training support for this project. The contractor shall comply with all building codes, federal, state and local laws, statutes and regulations. This is a 100% Woman Owned Small Business Set-A-Side
