- This is a modification to combined solicitation/synopsis published on 2 Sept 2009. The purpose of this modification is to add additional requirements and clarify one existing requirement. Additional requirement: License access to the Standards Developing Organization for fasteners, R3 with Fasteners, is required. The documents and information must be viewable online in electronic-based PDF or HTML format, must be fully printable, and must be provided in a licensing arrangement which will permit authorized downloading. Clarification: Current combined solicitation/synopsis reads: Licenses shall support a minimum of 200 concurrent users. This should read: Licenses shall support a minimum of 200 potential users. The closing date is being not being extended. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to erica.aragon@navy.mil no later than 2pm PST on 21 Sept 2009.
