- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE DEFENSE SUPPLY CENTER COLUMBUS EXISTING 8(A) IDIQ CONTRACT SP470207D0009, LYNDCO INC. – LIONEL CONSTRUCTION CO. INC JOINT VENTURE, 56301 FERRY LANDING ROAD, SHADYSIDE, OH 43947. The DLA Contracting Services Office-Columbus is seeking a proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment required to Replace Water Lines for Ohio Army National Guard Building 24 located at the Defense Supply Center Columbus. Duration of the task order is no longer than ninety (90) days. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237110 and the size standard is $33,500,000.00. The estimated Magnitude of Construction, in accordance with FAR 36.204, for this requirement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. It is the DLA Contracting Services Office Columbus’ intent to award a firm-fixed price task order. This task order will be awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-5. Davis-Bacon Wages presently in effect for Franklin County, OH will prevail.
