- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER Whitman Thinning & Handpiling IDIQ, parent contract numbers: AG-04M3-C-09-0039, 0040, 0044 identified to solicitation AG-0489-S-09-303960. The resulting order shall utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror will be required. This order will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds. These reports will be made available to the public. This ARRA project is located within the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest, Baker Ranger District consisting of 1,092 acres of Thinning and 321 acres of Handpiling (acreage not mutually exclusive). The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tool, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the specification(s) and drawing(s). Anticipated period of performance is 75 days after Notice to Proceed. The Government will place a firm fixed price task order requiring services and supplies covered by this IDIQ, under ARRA funding.
