- Synopsis:Contracting Office AddressDepartment of Veterans Affairs, VISN 18/PHX, Phoenix VA Medical Center, 650 Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85012, UNITED STATESSynopsis: The Phoenix VA Medical Center at 650 Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to TIMELINE CONTRACTING - EFY, 3843 Green Industrial Way, Chamblee. GA 30341-1911, for the purchase of twenty (20) Articulating Arms. The announcement number is VA258-09-RQ-230. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113 with a small business size standard of $14.0M. The requirement is for the contractor to purchase and install twenty (20) Articulating Arms in an ongoing construction project in coordination with said project. The proposed contract action is for supplies and service to install for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only 1 source under the authority of PL 109-461 Veterans First. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NO VERBAL REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
