- Description
- US Naval Hospital, Guam will enter into negotiations with Karl Storz Endoscopy-America, Inc., for the following items: Hopkins II 30 degree telescope, clickline hand instruments, dissecting electrode, specialty instruments, sterilization tray, Hopkins cysto-Urethroscope, Hysteroscope & Accessories with the intent of awarding a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, FAR PART 12 and 13.106-1(b). Sole source determination is based on the compatability of existing equipment used during laparoscopic procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
