- Automated Guided Vehicles System as per attached description. Also to remove old conveyers and delivery and install new ones. See description. Date for sight visit will be determined. Interested vendor have to send an e-mail to iris.smyth@ramstein.af.mil 0631-536-7515 All interested vendors have to make sure the aboe mentioned P.O.C has received the e-mail. The 700 Contracting Squadron at Kaiserslautern, Germany, intends to award a contract for delivery and installation of a Automated Guided Vehicle Sytem and conveyer sytem. The contractor shall provide all necessary skilled personnel, tools, partsm material, general and specialized equipment and transportation necessary to perform this contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 33612. This is an unrestricted procurement. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and adhere to all local (German) and US regulations. A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated. The successful contractor will be selected using lowest price/technically accetable (LPTA) procedures and will be evaluated on the total amount on CLINS 0001 and CLINS 0002 contained in the schedule. A formal request for quotation will be issued on or about 29 Sep 2009 on the FBO http://www.eps.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. to register in CCR you may visit their website at http://www.ccr.gov.Award will be made on a all or none basis. " It is mandatory for all interested vendors to attand to the previous sighttvisit at the Warehouse, Ramstein Air Base, Germany." Note: Sight visit will be conducted on one day in the week from 05 Oct 2009 thru 09 Oct 2009. Exact date will be posted. Please check FBO frequently.
