- The 52 Contracting Squadron at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, hereby formally announces the intent to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Systems Atlanta, Inc (SAI). The equipment and software required are as follows: 1) IDS5 Workstation/Server Software Lic Ver 1.4; Qty: 5 2) IDS5 Software Upgrade-V1.4 to V1.5; Qty: 5 3) IDS5 Data Exchange (DEX) Interface License; Qty: 2 4) SA-IDS5 Windows Mini Workstation Pkg (workstation, keyboard/mouse or trackball, dual video); Qty: 5 5) IDS5 System Administrator Upgrade package (printer/scanner, MS Office, Paintshop Pro, Acrobat); Qty: 1 6) 17" LCD Std Display w/ SPK, USB-Black; Qty: 5 7) APC Back-UPS 500; Qty: 5 8) In-house services for Small System AFAS Add-On at Existing Location; QTY: 1 9) In-house services for What's UP Gold RMM Software/Configuration Services (includes the addition of the DEX interface to the existing AFAS RMM map); Qty: 1 10) On-Site IDS5 Sys Admin Training Course for IDS5 ver. 1.5, includes classroom instruction and database building (Travel IAW Joint Travel Regulation); Qty: 1 11) On-Site Integration - Engineering Services (Travel IAW Joint Travel Regulation) The proposed contract action is for Non-Developmental, commercially available equipment/software. This solicitation is unrestricted for all business concerns concerns qualified under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 211210. Interested contractors that qualify under these conditions are encouraged to participate and can contact Tamerra Hite with information pertaining to their company capabilities. All prospective offerors must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Governments ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost, the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or substituting a response to this notice.
