- Vane, Assembly, Compressor, PR 21353876, Solicitation SPM4A509R-1113. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a non-commercial item associated with NSN: 2840-01-558-7627. This item is configuration controlled; source controlled, to United Technologies, Pratt & Whitney (52661) Part Number 2193890; unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Quantity: 28 each. All pieces are to be delivered in 300 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be October 2, 2009 with a closing date of November 2, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (https://wwwdibbs.bsm.dla.mil) on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
