- Revision 1 to the RFP Addendum. Revision 3 of the RFP. Third Round of Questions This is a modification to this combined synopsis/solicitation and RFP, effective September 16, 2009. Three documents are attached to this modification. The first document, "TIRNO09R00037.Questions3" are questions submitted by prospective offerors and IRS responses. Offerors should be aware that the first and second questions document has already been posted. The second document, "TIRNO09R00037.Revision2" is the revised RFP. The following changes have been made to the RFP: (1) Part I, Section 3.2 and 3.3, Financial Investigator IV level of effort has been changed; (2) Part III, Section 13.0 has been revised to reflect the correct applicable wage determinations; (3) Part VI, Section 1.0 has been revised to make clear that past performance questionnaires are not included in the 50-page limit; and (4) Part V, Attachment Two has been revised to reflect that there are four regions, plus Headquarters. The third document, "TIRNO09R00037.Addendum.Revision1", corrects the wage determinations that are applicable to this RFP.
