- This procurement is being funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), PL. 11-5 (February 17, 2009). Center Name: TIMBERLAKE CIVILIAN CONSERVATION CENTER Location: ESTACADA, OR I. SOURCES SOUGHT – HUBZONE General Contractor for renovations and additions. The project involves services to: (1) build-out new counselor offices and install a new central fire alarm panel. (2) build a new 68-bed dormitory, and (3) renovate an existing dormitory. The counselor offices build-out totals approximately 850 gross square feet and includes a new central fire alarm panel. The new dormitory totals approximately 15,000 gross square feet and the renovations totals approximately 7,400 gross square feet. Two Buildings, were constructed around 1983, and both are single-story wood framed structures. One Building has a below-grade basement mechanical room. One Renovation includes the complete renovation of the interior and the exterior shell including the removal of all exterior doors and windows, shingled roof and decking, gutters and downspouts, exterior wood, aggregate and stone exterior wall panels. The interior demolition shall be "complete," including the removal of all interior partitions, finishes, perimeter gypsum board, electrical fixtures and outlets, toilet fixtures and accessories. In addition, the work shall include miscellaneous site improvements in the form of general landscaping, drainage, connection to all utility lines and site/security lighting for the build-out, new and renovated building. Total construction range is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Market research is being conducted to determine if there are HUBZone businesses with the capabilities and experience to perform the required work. All interested HUBZone parties are invited to submit a capabilities statement to include three projects completed within the last five years that are relevant to the work that will be required under this project.
