L/I 0001 -Maximum BEQ of 20 (3 year basic/requirements). Mandatory Language: Note: Item Description: Length 25.0000 (IN), Height (IN) 16.5000, Width (IN) 19.0000, Weight (LB) 42.0000. Item Function: The EGW pump package stores EGW fluid in a pressurized reservoir and supplies the fluid to the pump at a set pressure and volume; Material: Cast Aluminum. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Spt. Drawings U541641, U524741 AND U4703 ARE PROPRIETARY IN CITS SYSTEM. Triumph Thermal Systems is the only known source that can satisfy the Government requirements. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government Personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposal or in the source selection process.
