- AWARD NOTICE The Food and Drug Administration, Jefferson Lab Complex in Jefferson, Arkansas, is seeking firms interested in performing the purchase and installation of 50 mil. single-ply PVC roofing system at NCTR building 12. The scope of work consists of preparing existing roof to receive new PVC roofing system, install separation sheet over the existing roof's entire surface, fasten the new PVC 50 mil. single-ply membrane through the separation sheet and existing roof and anchor to the roof deck.
