- NAICS: 333924 Trucks, industrial, manufacturing FSC Code: 2320 Subject: 25 Cubic Yard Capacity Rear Loader Cab Over refuse Truck Solicitation Number: W911S2-09-T-0009 Set-Aside: Small Business Response Date: September 18, 2009 by 8:00 AM EST Description: The Fort Drum Directorate of Contracting intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract, for the purchase of one 25 Cubic Yard Capacity Rear Loader Cab Over refuse Truck. Please see attachment 1 in the solicitation for specific salient characteristics. Evaluation of award will be made on price and the ability of the contractor to meet all of the salient characteristics listed in the solicitation. This action will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and awarded under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Solicitation W911S2-09-T-0009 will be issued on September 16, 2009 on the Army Single Face to Industrys (ASFI) web page at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/.
