- Air Combat Command is seeking sponsorship to provide funding for a 5K Turkey Trot, 21 Nov 09 at Sather Air Base, Iraq. This is an opportunity to help bring a popular fitness event to our military that adds to the Thanksgiving Holiday activities. This run is open to US and coalition forces. Participation is expected to be 300 runners. Sponsorship recognition can include company logo on the event t-shirt, flyers and banners, mention on all advertisements to include website, email blasts, etc. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the US Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the government.
