- U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award to Camachee Cove Marine in St. Augustine Florida for a base year, with 4 option years that Government reserves the right to exercise, for the lease of four boat slips. The four slips need to be able to accomodate boats up to 42' in length, have 24 hour access to the marina, and needs to be located near the National Marine Center in St. Augustine Florida. The Statement of work has the following information listed as requirements in order to be considered. (can be provided by email upon emailed request to the contract specialist) The contractor shall provide the following items which are needed for this purchase request: •The contractor must provide access to the boat slips 24 hours a day 7 days a week; with adequate parking. •Four (4) docking slips that will accommodate vessels between 39’ – 42’. •Four (4) electrical hook up stations. •Two (2) dock boxes (for storage requirements; locks to be provided by the NMC). Location and Period of Performance Marina must be located less than 10 miles of: Customs and Border Protection Office of Air and Marine National Marine Center 71 Binninger Drive Saint Augustine, Florida 32095 Base: October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 Option: October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012 October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013 October 1, 2013 through September 30, 2014 If any contractors feel they can meet the requirements please contact the contract specialist by email at Michael.A.Hall@dhs.gov by the respnse date and time listed with this notice.
