- DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DESIRES TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 8,499 to 9,999 net usable square feet in Miami-Dade, Florida, for use as administrative offices. The space must be on no more than one (1) floor, shall be provided by modification of existing space and ready for occupancy no later than December 15, 2009. On-site parking for 50 vehicles is required. A lease for up to ten (10) years will be considered. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North:North-West 36th Street West:South-West 27th Avenue South:South-West 22nd Street East:North-East 2nd Avenue / Biscayne Boulevard / Brickell Avenue A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff.
