- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91215-09-R-0017. AID has a requirement for a limited number of common control and display avionics equipment for various aircraft platforms. The following equipment in the fixed quantities identified will be contracted for; 4 each 6 x 8 Displays, 4 each Data Concentrator Units, 6 each System Control Panels, 2 each Cockpit Keyboard Units, 4 each Hands On Collective & Sticks, 2 each Mission Equipment Computers, 2 each Data Storage Units, 2 each Power Management Units, 2 each Auxiliary Display Units, 4 each Common Control Grips, 2 each Transfer Video Storage Units, 2 each Video Conversion & Switching Units, 2 each PWUs, and 2 each Ethernet/USB Switches. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. All component deliveries will be completed in January 2010. All contractors who are interested in this procurement must have ruggedized equipment authorized for use on military rotary wing aircraft. All components must be able to interface with the various other components. In addition, other avionics will be integrated into the system in the future; hardware/software must allow for integration of future components. Delivery to Ft. Eustis, VA. Transportation charges shall be included in any proposal received. DFARS 252.211-7003 Item Identification and Valuation will be incorporated in reusltant contract. NAICS is 541512 and small business size standard is $23M. The Government does not own the specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. Per FAR 6.302, intended source is Phoenix Avionics Systems LLC, Gaithersburg, MD 20882, CAGE IYEE5. All interested firm(s) must be registered in the CCR database. The DPAS rating for this requirement is DO-A1. This announcement will close 30 Sep 2009. Responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
