- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center Fort Bragg intends to negotiate a six-month firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Information Technology, 3211 Jermantown Road, Fairfax, VA. The contract will provide uninterrupted, non-personal administrative and support services to the Vaccine Healthcare Center until the new contract can be awarded. (Solicitation documents are not available.) The services to be provided under this contract include: Program Managers, Administrative Assistants, Health Educators, Senior and Regional Administrators, Information Technology Coordinators, Research Technicians, Lab Technicians, Research & Development Analyst, Project Manager, Physician Consultants, Patient Admin Coordinator, and a Admin Services Coordinator. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A RFP will be issued after proper market research and approval has been completed. A separate Sources Sought will be issued on or about 22 September 2009. Places of Performance: " VHC National Headquarters Silver Spring, Maryland; " Walter Reed Army Medical Center Regional VHC, Washington, DC; " Richard E. Shoppe Regional VHC at Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA; " Fort Bragg Regional VHC - Womack AMC Fort Bragg, NC; " Wilford Hall Regional VHC - Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX.
