- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911S209T3042. The Directorate of Contacting, Fort Drum, NY will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to service the Guardian Blue Units on Fort Drum, NY. The successful Contractor will provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all work in connection with providing this service in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement, specifications, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This service is to begin on Fort Drum, NY September 21, 2009. Award will be made on the basis of best value to the government; using technical, past performance and price as a determination. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The period of performance is one year. Services will be procured using the procedures in FAR parts 12 and 13. This procurement is Unrestricted. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 221310. This can be done by accessing the Internet at (www.ccr.gov) or calling 1-888-227-2423. Representations and certifications must also be on record through ORCA at www.orca.bpn.gov. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference RFQ Number W911S2-09-T-3042. The anticipated issue/posting date is today, 15 September 2009. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments will only be available electronically by accessing Federal Business Opportunities at http://vsearch2.fbo.gov/servlet/SearchServlet or the FBO at https://www.fbo.gov/. No hard copies will be provided. All sources wishing to quote are required to monitor this site for the RFQ and amendments.
