- The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics Office has a requirement for Human Resources Consulting Services at the VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Dr., San Diego, CA 92161. The Contractor shall perform a full range of activities necessary to provide HR Consultant Services to the VA San Diego Healthcare System in performance of the contract. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541612 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7 Million. Solicitation documents will be available electronically on or about September 28, 2009, at the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors will search for solicitation VA-262-09-RQ-0550AB to access solicitation documents. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register to receive notification of actions including posting of the solicitation and any amendment. However, offerors are advised to check the site frequently as they are responsible for obtaining amendments. The contract shall be effective on or about November 01, 2009 through approximately October 31, 2010.
