- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911S1-09-T-0053. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, DOC intends to solicit & award an acquisition for Marksmanship Training Supplies and Equipment. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to provide contracted supplies. Please see solicitation for a full description of required items. This is a commercial acquisition. The solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as a 100% Small Business competitive with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339999 and a size standard of 500 employees. Prospective contractors must be a small business as verified on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). The entire solicitation will be posted on or about 16 September 2009 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS. Failure to register in CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in CCR at the time of award.
