- Revised from being a 100% small business set-aside to a full and open competition. Product Service Code (PSC) S205, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 562111, Refuse Removal. This service contract will be a base plus 4 option years, for a total of 5 years for the removal of refuse from McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP). This requirement is a small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. FOB Destination, MCAAP, McAlester, OK. This will be a firm fixed price contract. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at www.ccr2000.com or contact the CCR at 1-888-227-2423. Approximate issue date for amendment to the solicitation is 16 September 2009 with closing date approximately 14 days from issue. The amendment shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and is the contractors responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
