- Description
- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source as this is a follow-on contract, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. This project consists of all plant, material, labor, supervision, permits, and permit procurement for Camera System B102. Work will include, but is not limited to: all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to install 3 cameras and all associated hardware, accessories and expenses in building 102. Magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Proposal due date is 11 September 2009. Construction time will be sixty (60) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). Contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR registration information can be accessed on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/. The award and justification & approval will be available only from the FedBizOpps web site. This action is a sole source to Calhoun Communications, Inc. IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). *****
