THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: DESIGN/BUILD MACC S. FLORIDA AND ANDROS ISLAND, BAHAMAS: N69450-09-D-1270 - L.C. GASKINS CONSTRUCTION CO.; N69450-09-D-1271 - DCK NORTH AMERICA LLC; N69450-09-D-1272 - DTC ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTORS; N69450-09-D-1273 - HARRY PEPPER & ASSOCIATES, INC.; AND N69450-09-D-1274 - SAUER, INCORPORATED. The work to be performed provides for the construction of a 23,940 sf, one story Child Development Center (CDC). The outside spaces include storage, shade structure, play ground and equipment, fencing for controlled areas, and paving and site improvements. The project will demolish Building 371 located on Moale Ave (including foundations). The building is approximately 1000 sf built of concrete masonry walls and wood truss or conventionally framed wood roof structure.
