- Amendment Two SF 30, Q&As, and revised work item price data sheet The Military Sealift Fleet Support Command Ship Support Unit San Diego has an upcoming Voyage Repair period for the USNS KISKA (T-AE 35). The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to commence on October 3, 2009 and end October 16, 2009. The place of performance will be at Everett, WA. Contractor personnel will require Government documents (Visitor Pass) to access the Naval Station, Everett, WA. Visit Requests shall be submitted via e-maile to Mr. Steve Busby, SEALOG-PAC, Seattle (425) 304-4853 at steve.busby@navy.mil not less then ten (10) working days prior to the contract start date. Visit Request shall include the contracted Period of Performance, plus five (5) days. The Visit Request will be forwarded to the Contractor upon notification of award. This procurement will be set-aside 100% for small businesses. Bidders must possess either a MSRA or ABR to be considered for award. POINT OF CONTACT: Lisa M.
