- The Federal Government has a requirement to lease space consisting of approximately 4,127 rentable square feet of office space. Contiguous office space is preferable. Office usable space must yield 3,589 of BOMA usable square feet for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Only existing buildings will be considered. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, and must not lie within the 500/100-year flood plain and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply. The initial tenant will be the Mine Safety and Health Administration. Expressions of interest should include the following: Proposed Occupancy Date: September 27, 2010 or earlier. Location: The space shall be located within the delineated area: The delineated area is the city of Delta, CO. Lease Term: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm; Available Space: Property must have available parking including paved area for 16 parking spaces, an additional 12 secured parking spaces must be provided.
