- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W25G1V-09-T-0309. This is published as a sources sought announcement under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. (Second Notice). The U.S. Department of the Army, Tobyhanna Army Depot Contracting Office intends to solicit for the under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements with Gichner Shelter Systems, 490 East Locust Street, Dallastown, PA 17313 for the reconstruction and overhaul of one set of AN/MPN-14K shelter structures. Gichner is the original designer of the AN/MPN-14K shelter system and holds the proprietary rights to the detailed Level III drawings and specifications necessary to replicate the form, fit, and function of the system and perform the required repairs and services. Any firms believing they can provide the required service should contact the Contract Specialist identified within ten (10) days of this notice.
