- DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to KANA Software, Inc., 181 Constitution Dr., Menlo Park, CA 94025-1106. This acquisition is for renewal of KANA Software Maintenance. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 01 Oct 2009 through 30 Sep 2010. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304( c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete the solicitation, HC1013-09-T-2285 available at http://www.fbo.gov/. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. This is a small business set aside. The NAICS code is 541519 for this procurement. This requirement is covered by the FY10 DISA Class J&A, a redacted copy will be posted.
