- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0037 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36, Defense Circular Number 20090825, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0803. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 561790. DESCRIPTION: 0001 - Swimming Pool Service and Maintenance Contract per the Statement of Work dated March 2010. Cover parts and maintenance on the 355th Force Support Outdoor Recreational Pool, Bldg 6090. 0002 - Swimming Pool Service Corrective Maintenance, per Statement of Work dated 2010 @ $70/hr and cost of parts and/or supplies. 0003 - Swimming Pool Service and Maintenance Option Year 1 0004 - Swimming Pool Service and Maintenance Option Year 2 0005 - Swimming Pool Service and Maintenance Option Year 3 0006 - Swimming Pool Service and Maintenance Option Year 4 - Please see attached Performance Work Statement Shipping will be FOB Destination to 355 FSS/FSR, 5260 E. GRANITE ST DMAFB AZ, 85707, and please include an estimated delivery date ARO.
