- END IEM APPLICATION: F/A-18 E/F HORNET AIRCRAFT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial RFP SPM4A6-09-R-0788, NSN 6240-00-372-4841, issued for Incandescent Lamps IAW 100% Set Aside for Small Business. FULLY COMPETITIVE LAMP INDUSTRY TRADE NUMBER Q4681. SPECIAL NOTE: COMMERCIAL CLAUSES APPLY IAW FAR PART 12,. Request for Proposal is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with requirement for one base year and four option years. This announcement constitutes the Government's request for proposals/offers. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or around the issue date of Sep. 16, 2009 and with closing date on or around Oct. 16, 2009. Quotes submitted via DIBBS cannot be considered for award. Requested delivery is 31 days ARO. Solicitation is requesting FOB Destination prices with inspection and acceptance at destination. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available from MEMA ANSI: http://webstore.ansi.org/ and at http://www.mema.org/std/c78-1452.cfm#download. The Government does not have the right to distribute Amercian Lamp Standard Q4681. Each company wanting to submit a proposal /offer on this solicitation must obtain a copy of the standard. See hard copy of the RFP for Terms and conditions via DIBBS. Solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The guaranteed minimum quantity for base year (only) is 1, 638 each; minimum delivery order quantity is 1, 638 each; maximum delivery order quantity is 6,552 each; estimated annual demand quantity is 6,552 each and maximum annual contract quantity is 13,104 each. Ship to stock locations are with in CONUS. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date of the solicitation.
