- [BASIC STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT]NASA/DFRC has a requirement for the following items manufactured by Parker-Hannifin: 6 ea 1.0 TS Indi-lok Nipple, part number 5116-16-N15; 6 ea 1.0 TS Indi-lok Coupler, part number 15416-16A-N14M; 10 ea 1.25 TS Indi-lok Nipple, part number 5120-220-N15; and10 ea 1.25 TS Indi-lok Coupler, part number 154-20A-N15M.[SPECIFICATIONS]This is a brand name only requirement, and the parts must be manufactured byParker-Hannifin, must meet or exceed MIL-C-25427, and be accompanied with the propercertifications and quality documents.[FOLLOW-UP AND LEGAL]The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and 13.This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation,which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are being requested and awritten solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are required to use the On-Line RFQsystem to submit their quote. The On-line RFQ system is linked above or it may beaccessed at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=. Oral communications are NOT acceptable in response to this notice. Please submit allinquiries via email to the address listed.An Ombudsman has been appointed.
